Requirements

• Previous experience in plate mounting or a similar role in the flexographic printing industry is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read a tape measure, and interpret job specifications & work instructions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect printing plates for mounting, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications
• Mount printing plates onto cylinders according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment and registration
• Maintain accurate records of plate inventory and usage
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plate mounting or printing processes
• Work in a safe and effective manner at all times
