About The Position

This role is crucial to the F-35 production process, directly influencing efficiency and product quality for a world-renowned program. The Manufacturing Planner will lead day-to-day production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery. This position is located in Palmdale, CA and requires the candidate to be a United States citizen.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in planning, scheduling, or inventory control, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
Experience with ERP systems - SAP preferred.
Must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day production planning and scheduling activities to ensure on-time delivery.
Oversee material readiness and inventory accuracy, addressing any gaps that could impact output.
Drive accountability, coaching, and development of team members.
Identify and implement continuous-improvement initiatives across planning and production support functions.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to align schedules and resources.
