About The Position

As a part-time Manufacturing Packing & Shipping employee, you will support the manufacturing department by moving finished products and making shipping containers to improve workflow and on-time delivery. The position may offer a flexible schedule after onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. The role is based at Fastenal’s manufacturing facility at 61 Barnes Industrial Park North, Wallingford, Connecticut 06492. Fastenal is a distributor of industrial and construction supplies, with more than 3,000 servicing locations. The base pay range is $20–$28 per hour, and the position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.

Requirements
