About The Position

We are seeking qualified night-shift manufacturing operators or associates for golf ball operations in Liberty, South Carolina. Operators may perform a variety of assignments, including painting, molding, custom stamping, inspecting, storing, and shipping product. The work requires manual skills and data entry skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a team environment and pursue a long-term career.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Light computer and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated and manual process equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare recipes and follow instructions in accordance with customer standard operating procedures.
• Inspect daily work to ensure the highest-quality product.
• Follow the required production schedule and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Use various data entry systems.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Perform assignments that may include painting, molding, custom stamping, inspecting, storing, and shipping product.
