About The Position

We are seeking qualified manufacturing operators/associates for golf ball operations in Liberty, South Carolina. Operators may perform a variety of assignments, including painting, molding, custom stamping, inspecting, storing, and shipping product. The work requires manual and data-entry skills, along with the ability to operate and maintain automated and manual process equipment in a manufacturing setting. This role requires a safety-conscious, quality-driven approach and the ability to work to demanding schedules while maintaining a clean and neat work area.

The position is on a 12-hour rotating night shift, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The job description notes that the listed duties are the major duties and are not necessarily the only duties performed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Light computer and mechanical skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Ability to operate and maintain automated and manual process equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to calibrate equipment, prepare recipes, follow instructions, and inspect work for quality.
• Safety-conscious and self-motivated, with a quality-driven approach.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
