About The Position

This role involves the operation of various hand tools and equipment to construct window units. Responsibilities include lifting windows onto build tables and roller racks, moving carts in and out of the production work area, loading window sash components for processing insulated glass units, and offloading insulated glass units to carts. The operator must be able to read and understand written work instructions and ensure the overall quality of work produced by performing quality audits and engaging in problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in industrial manufacturing required.
• Possesses the ability to understand and communicate
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail
• Possesses a high degree of organizational skill
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some overtime and weekends
• Ability to read and understand reports
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs occasionally
• Capable of using computerized equipment
• Will require standing, walking and working on concrete surfaces for long periods of time in a non temperature controlled environment
• Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm (8 Hours)
• Overtime including weekends is occasionally required

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing preferred but not required
