About The Position
We are seeking motivated and dependable Manufacturing Operators to join our 2nd Shift team (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). This is a direct hire position, offering the opportunity to become an integral part of our operation from day one.
Requirements
- Ability to work overtime, extended shifts, and weekends as business needs require.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Basic knowledge in computers, accessing email, training, and documents via company network.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in the line with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions and quality standards
- Perform assembly, inspection, and packaging tasks
- Maintain accurate production records
- Support continuous improvement and team goals
