About The Position

Packet Digital is opening a new lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility in Fargo, ND and is hiring Manufacturing Operators to support production of high-performance battery cells. Selected candidates will participate in hands-on training overseas, where you will be stationed for approximately two months prior to the Fargo facility becoming fully operational. This experience will provide in-depth exposure to production processes and equipment. In this role, you'll operate and monitor automated equipment used in battery cell manufacturing, including mixing, coating, electrode cutting, stacking/winding, welding, electrolyte filling, formation, and final inspection. You'll follow standard operating procedures, perform in-process quality checks, and work in clean-room or dry-room environments with PPE. This position is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing and being part of launching a new production facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working in controlled environments
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for training (overseas, approximately 2 months)
