About The Position

We are hiring experienced manufacturing operators for 3rd shift in Cambridge, OH. These are long-term opportunities for dependable candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, or material-handling experience. We have openings in several areas, including Haven Cutter Operator, Manual Bender Operator, and Material Handler / Forklift Operator. These are long-term positions, not seasonal work. We are looking for experienced individuals who want consistent work and the opportunity to build longevity with a company.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or material-handling experience
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Safety-focused and dependable
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Previous forklift and material-handling experience required

Nice To Haves

• Experience with similar equipment is preferred
• Manufacturing or metalworking experience is preferred
• Experience working with steel, metal, or industrial equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate a Haven cutter to process metal materials
• Monitor production and maintain quality standards
• Operate manual bending equipment to form metal products
• Follow measurements and production instructions
• Move and stage materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload materials safely
