About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Machine Operators in Henderson, CO. As a Machine Operator you will follow all companies’ safety policies and procedures, treat process water by adding flocculant, checking pH levels, and logging discharge per SOP, inspect tile quality on the dry side and maintain the sealer area, including cleaning the booth, operate strapping machines to secure pallets of tile, perform quality checks and package tile as a Kiln Exit Operator, clean equipment and work areas daily to maintain safe operations, identify and report equipment or process issues to supervisors or leads, and perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.

Requirements

Ability to read, understand, and follow simple instructions
6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (tile or color production preferred)
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred (6+ months)
