About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing Operator Technicians in Saxonburg, PA. This is a Direct Hire Position with a great company culture and opportunities for job advancement. The role offers Day & Evening Shifts with Pay Differentials. As a Manufacturing Operator Technician, you will be responsible for hands-on equipment maintenance, providing technical support, and performing daily equipment upkeep. You will also handle hazardous chemical disposal, monitor and log data using computer skills, and ensure adherence to safety protocols including wearing proper PPE. The position involves conducting thorough inspections, monitoring yield rates, and operating characterization/test equipment. You will also evaluate design requirements, prepare evaporation materials, and use calibration equipment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sandblasting or a similar field
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic issues
• Basic understanding of chemistry and physics principles
• Must be able to wear proper PPE
• Relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field
