About The Position

Performs all duties essential to the Reclaim operation. Performs general daily and weekly maintenance. This role requires the ability to read English to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. General mathematical skills including basic adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division are necessary. The ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions, general problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment are also essential. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and a willingness to learn are key behavioral characteristics for this position. The role requires the ability to prioritize detailed tasks with minimal input to accomplish daily and long-term goals, and the ability to initiate immediate interaction, coordination, and collaboration with team members, clients, and customers.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Retrieve processed blocks needing to be clean from the ART De-blockers as needed.
Properly place a reasonable amount of unprocessed blocks into reclaim basket located on top of ultrasonic reclaiming unit for processing (approx. every 12 to 15 min).
Safely remove the cleaned blocks from the ultrasonic unit and place on drying rack.
Sort clean dry blocks into the appropriate labeled bins.
Communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and the overall facility.
Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
