Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • No previous experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Build product by following all Quality Systems and Processes (in which trained and certified to) and complete other assigned tasks while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
  • Adheres to all Quality Policies and Systems of the Company by following procedures as documented under the Quality Systems Regulations.
  • Maintains accurate records, including Lot History Records (LHR), and adheres to all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Policies
  • Must be able to process small parts under a microscope and operate equipment.
  • Consistently meets (or may occasionally exceed) the average cycle time and quality standard requirements for the stations/processes trained/and certified to.
  • Maintains an acceptable level of attendance (including scheduled overtime)
  • Maintains a professional work relationship with other team members and other cross‐functional Groups.
  • Responsible and accountable to train teammates or other manufacturing support (I.e., MEs, QA, R&D, and ect.)
  • Able to flex and rotate to other stations that they are trained/certified as necessary.
  • Understands and follows safety policies and practices, and escalates any issues related to product, Quality, or workplace safety.
  • Understands, and adheres to Lean and 5S principles. Actively participates in Gemba walks.
  • Must be able to perform Job functions while walking and /or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift.
