Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of material handling or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities
- Works independently and in coordination with the Production Team, Lead or Supervisor.
- Performs basic troubleshooting and maintain equipment and area cleanliness.
- Interfaces and works with safety, quality, engineering and senior manufacturing personnel in identifying and implementing process improvements and process validations.
- Responsible for manufacturing products on schedule, within quality standards and cost objectives to meet customer demand.
- Ensure day-to-day duties are being performed. Additionally, optimizing operations to realize maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ensures proper line opening and line closing for one or more complete operations.
- Responsible for learning the safety hazards of processes, equipment and materials and applying that knowledge during routine operations.
- Performs a wide variety of skilled duties in the preparation and operation of process equipment.
- Cleans VLM’s every other month and assists with weekly cycle counts as needed.
- Prints pick lists/ pick work orders. Help issue material to work orders when needed.
