Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of probe card components.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable output.
Set up, operate, and calibrate manufacturing equipment under established guidelines.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment readiness and reduce downtime.
Collect, document, and interpret operating data to make real-time equipment adjustments that uphold quality and process standards.
Support continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce defects.
Work closely with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and data-gathering activities that support new product development or process refinement.
Assist in the training and coaching of fellow operators or technicians to promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and technical growth.
