About The Position

This is an entry-level production manufacturing role focused on the creation of sectional and rolling doors and their components. The operator will be responsible for the manufacturing and operation of various heavy machinery, adhering to product specifications, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), work orders, and run schedules. Key aspects of the role include ensuring product quality through established procedures, maintaining machine settings, and performing inspections and measurements. The operator will also be expected to adjust machine performance to meet quality standards and utilize various tools and equipment for manufacturing assistance.

Requirements

• Ability to operate and manufacture using heavy machinery.
• Understanding of product specifications, drawings, BOMs, work orders, and run schedules.
• Knowledge of established procedures and SOPs for quality control.
• Proficiency in inspection, observation, and measurement of work pieces.
• Skill in adjusting machine/equipment performance.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience using cranes and other material handling devices.

Responsibilities

• Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.
• Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.
• Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM’s, work orders and / or run schedules.
• Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP’s, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.
• Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.
• Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
• Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.
