About The Position

This is a 12-month contract position in Santa Rosa, CA, focused on supporting Hand Operations within manufacturing. The role involves on-the-job training to achieve operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations. Responsibilities include performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. This position requires strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Requirements

• High-volume parts inspection and handling
• Microscopic inspection
• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
• Strong manual dexterity
• High School diploma
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

Responsibilities

• Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes.
• Process parts through manual and automated operations.
• Perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Deliver operational excellence through on-the-job training.
