About The Position

A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support to support precision manufacturing operations that produce critical components for industry-leading electronic measurement equipment. This hands-on role involves performing manual and automated processing activities, microscopic inspections, and assembly-related tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while working collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.

Requirements

Experience performing microscopic inspections and visual quality checks.
Ability to perform high-volume parts handling, sorting, cleaning, and deburring activities with a high degree of accuracy.
Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Excel.
Experience using precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gages.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, including GD&T requirements.

Nice To Haves

Some college coursework or technical training in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
Prior experience in precision manufacturing, machining, or component inspection environments is preferred.
Familiarity with clean manufacturing practices and quality-focused production processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support daily hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, deburring, and other manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and operational excellence.
Process precision components through manual and automated operations, performing visual inspections, microscopic inspections, and assembly tasks to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment for part sorting, deburring, cleaning, precision gaging, and handling of high-volume components while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Operate within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and use Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Excel, to support production tracking, documentation, and workflow requirements.
Interpret technical specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), to perform quality checks and ensure components meet manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment while demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a strong commitment to quality in a fast-paced production setting.
