About The Position

International Motor’s Tulsa Bus Plant is currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join their team in the EV/CBC center. This role serves as the primary resource for Tulsa Operations, establishing technical expertise on Lean Manufacturing principles. The supervisor will collaborate with various disciplines within the facilities to implement solutions for operational effectiveness and efficiency in areas such as Process Capability, Absenteeism/Workmanship, and Facilities/Tooling/Materials. This position is responsible for overseeing between 40-60 employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience
• OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience
• OR At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience
• Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets
• Makes budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
