About The Position

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing and enhancing manufacturing workflows to meet production goals and quality benchmarks. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
  • Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting to track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
