Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or production support roles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting to track performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
