About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in several of the following areas: electrical, mechanical, laser, fluidics, computer systems, or light industrial environments
Understanding and application of ISO 9000 or other quality systems
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
Experience in structured problem-solving approaches
Proficiency with Windows-based software and basic knowledge of analytical software packages
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the assembly process for bioanalytical instruments to achieve stable, repeatable, and high-quality output
Troubleshoot production issues on the line and drive structured root cause analysis and corrective actions
Define and maintain assembly standards, work instructions, and critical process parameters (CTQs)
Act as the interface between Production, Quality, and R&D to translate product design into scalable manufacturing processes
Support product changes and new product introductions (NPI) to ensure smooth integration into assembly operations
