About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 3) to join the 737 Manufacturing Compliance Team based in Renton, Washington . In this role, you will collaborate and present to our Senior Leadership team. Implement strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive edge and long-term resilience. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable plans that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years with conflict resolution skills
• 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
• 1+ years of experience with Project Management
• 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under general direction
