About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to support the Fulfilment Business Integration Team located in Everett, Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing data, and working with organizations to develop strategies and plans using Lean methodologies. The analyst will work under general direction and implement strategies and plans at the appropriate organizational level.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams
- 1+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must satisfy the company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience kitting integration
- Ability to present information to various groups of people, including senior and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Knowledge of tool services, cutters, and MIC’s
- Experience using the SAT system
- Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively find structure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
