About The Position

The Boeing Company, Defense, Space and Security (BDS) organization, Fabrication Division is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Mid-level or Senior) to join the Business Integration Office in Mesa, Arizona. As a Front Door Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the seamless integration of new work into Fabrication Operations. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, lead cross-functional projects, and influence operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Detail orientated with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Applications (excel, power point)
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Experience working within aerospace manufacturing or defense program environments.
  • Familiarity with Fabrication operations and statement of work onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.
