About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join the Final Assembly Compliance team based out of Renton, Washington on 1st Shift. The 737 program is bolstering its compliance team in the Renton Final Assembly and Wings. We are looking for several self-motivated employees to build out this team and ensure our factory-wide compliance is at optimal levels at all times. In this position, you will perform compliance auditing, compile results, and present findings to leadership. You will also organize and participate in improvement projects as a result of your findings. Requirements

1+ years of experience in the aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience with data analysis
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with Project Management
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to work 2nd shift, as required by this position
Must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Nice To Haves

3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
