About The Position

Manufacturing Operations Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3 or Level 4) to support our Kit Review Change Board for the 737 North Line Fulfillment team in Everett, Washington. Willing to work in Renton for training and as needed. This position is critical to meeting customer commitments to support material delivery and integration to manufacturing production for all BCA Commercial operations. This role will work across multiple Airplane Programs and functions in an effort to drive Global Industrial Champion levels of performance. Position Responsibilities: Lead the Kit Review Change Board Team Lead cross functional teams for integrated kitting solutions Manage a complex kit revision process with multiple stakeholders through stages and handoffs to drive to the desired the kitting solution agreement Ability to work multiple system revision tasks simultaneously Manage kit review change board stakeholders on a daily basis Manage high level processes including CMES, SAT, KITS/KRR Effective problem solving Customer service orientated Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing environment
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment
  • Experience with KITs and kitting integration
  • Knowledge and utilization of CMES

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred for L4: 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of tool services, cutters, and MICs
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
