Requirements
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- High school diploma/GED.
Nice To Haves
- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
Responsibilities
- Learn to set up, run, and maintain all sections of the Machine.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
- Learn to interpret the information on work instructions and accurately record production data.
- Exercise initiative, ask questions and look for ways of improving productivity.
