About The Position

Flexcraft is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines by keeping machines supplied with raw materials, managing finished goods, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We offer a set 12-hour shift schedule with every other weekend off, providing a consistent work-life balance. Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scanners, pallet jacks, and basic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Able to stay organized in a busy environment

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Plastics or blow molding experience
• Experience with grinders, blenders, or auxiliary equipment

Responsibilities

• Keep machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime
• Scan materials and move finished goods to correct locations
• Monitor blenders, grinders, and equipment and report issues
• Support changeovers and startup preparation
• Perform line clearances and verify materials
• Move finished products to staging and prepare for shipment
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow FIFO, GMP, and standard work instructions
• Help the team where needed, including covering breaks
