Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and capacity planning
- Understanding of production processes, equipment, and team workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Manage labor, overtime, and departmental expenses to support financial performance.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain production flow and performance.
- Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to ensure coordinated execution.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment.
- Influence frontline execution to improve team performance and productivity.
- Develop frontline teams to build operational capability and engagement.
- Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with EHS&S policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; demonstrate EHS&S leadership through identifying and mitigating risks, reporting incidents, encouraging worker participation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring employees receive required training and are competent to work safely and responsibly.
