Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in complex production environments.
  • Experience includes leading large teams (including indirect leadership through supervisors), driving performance in environments that combine manual assembly and automation, and managing highly technical or regulated manufacturing processes.
  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with experience analyzing production metrics, forecasting performance, and aligning manufacturing outcomes with business objectives.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Lean Leadership certification (or equivalent) and a proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives, including waste reduction, process optimization, and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a transducer-focused manufacturing site with ~100 direct reports through a layered leadership structure (approximately 6 supervisors), setting clear expectations, elevating standards, and driving accountability across all levels.
  • Own end-to-end production performance in a highly complex environment, balancing manual-intensive processes with automation to optimize throughput, quality, and equipment utilization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean methodologies and waste reduction strategies, to enhance productivity, reduce cost of non-quality, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with senior leadership to review financial forecasts, identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop long-term strategies that support sustainable growth and operational stability.
  • Lead CAPEX planning and execution, supporting industrialization requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies, systems, and processes.
