In this role, you will perform the daily operations of plants, on second shift, to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will impact departmental operations and be responsible for planning/execution. In this role, you have some autonomy but are focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. You will work in Lynn Plant 4 - Green Cell which is production shop environment supporting the T700 Midframe which is used on the Blackhawk and Apache Helicopters.
