Requirements

This manager position required you to have a minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program manahement, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
3+ years’ experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
