The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, the leading manufacturer of packaged cement and concrete products, is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Veteran Manager Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing leadership.
Requirements
- Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process
- Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles (excluding commercial driving positions)
- Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
