About The Position

The QUIKRETE® Companies, LLC, the leading manufacturer of packaged cement and concrete products, is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Veteran Manager Trainee to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing leadership. The Manufacturing Veteran Manager Trainee will participate in a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager. This role is designed to develop future plant leadership by providing hands-on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and business processes.

Requirements

• Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required
• Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Demonstrated leadership capability and strong analytical/problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process
• Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles (excluding commercial driving positions)
• Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned
