About The Position

The Information Technology Leadership Development Program (Rotational) at MacLean-Fogg, known here as the Manufacturing Management Program (MMP), is a two-year rotational program for information technology professionals starting their careers. You will complete one rotation at a U.S. manufacturing facility and one with a Corporate or Shared Services team, gaining hands-on experience in systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and user support. Your first placement will be confirmed in late April before the July 2027 start, and relocation is fully covered for both rotations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, conferred in 2026 or 2027
  • Cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Demonstrated leadership through an internship, student organization, project team, volunteer role, or job
  • Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States for both rotations
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for orientation, program events, and facility visits
  • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Internship, co-op, project, or coursework involving systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, analytics, software, or technical support
  • Experience troubleshooting a technical issue and documenting the solution
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, networking, enterprise applications, data tools, or security practices
  • Interest in supporting technology within a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support technology systems and services used by manufacturing facilities and Corporate or Shared Services teams
  • Analyze incidents, requests, system data, and business needs to improve reliability and user experience
  • Partner with users and technical teams to implement changes, document solutions, and manage risk
  • Lead a first-year project scoped with your supervisor and present results to a panel of leaders
  • Complete a larger second-year project proposed by the host team and matched to your background and goals
  • Complete the shared MMP leadership curriculum alongside your daily work
  • Meet regularly with a mentor at another location and an MMP participant who is at least one year ahead of you
  • Communicate progress, recommendations, and results to employees and leaders across the business
