About The Position

O.C. Tanner is seeking a motivated, self-disciplined Manufacturing Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot and repair custom-built machinery and a variety of manufacturing equipment. The technician diagnoses equipment issues, performs repairs and preventive maintenance, keeps accurate logs, and maintains and organizes spare parts. The role calls for strong problem-solving, safety awareness, good people skills, and the ability to drive or contribute to manufacturing projects. Candidates must pass a physical and drug test and be willing to work overtime as needed.

This is an onsite night-shift role scheduled Monday through Thursday from 2:20 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. and Friday from 2:20 p.m. to 6:20 p.m., with occasional overtime coverage.

Requirements

• Basic electronics skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Ability to understand schematics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic electrical skills.
• Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and an excellent problem solver.
• Safety minded; must pass a physical and drug test.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must be a self-starter and have great people skills.

Responsibilities
