About The Position

As a Plastipak Maintenance Technician, you will have job stability in this role, maintaining production lines that manufacture rigid plastic packaging for household brands and products. This position offers competitive pay based on experience, with potential earnings of $28 - $32+ per hour. Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• 3 or more years of experience maintaining manufacturing machines & equipment
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical working knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving ability
• Ability to read & interpret technical & operational documents (manuals, blueprints, schematics)
• Your own tried & true tools (wrenches, screw drivers, sockets, ratchet sets, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair machine & manufacturing equipment for your assigned production lines
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Rebuild spare parts
• Participate in changeovers
• Diagnose electrical issues and investigate root cause
• Complete trainings & earn certifications
