Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Flagstone Pavers is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to maintain automated machinery and inspect, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems. The role includes reading schematics and blueprints and using a voltage meter, performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using stick or MIG welding, and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers. The technician will also assist with building, grounds, and preventative maintenance throughout the facility. The work takes place in a dusty, climate-controlled industrial environment. An offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician.
- At least two years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
- Solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single- and three-phase motors, and 480V systems.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints and use a voltage meter.
- Ability to perform light stick or MIG welding and fabrication of machine parts.
- Ability to troubleshoot programmable logic controllers, including Allen-Bradley or Siemens products.
- Ability to work in a dusty, climate-controlled industrial environment.

- Working experience using a CMMS software system.
