Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor-3rd Shift

This position is responsible for supervising daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, training, developing, and mentoring direct reports, and overseeing the maintenance of production equipment in alignment with production schedules and priorities.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.
- 3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced SAP skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams
- Effective resource planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.
- Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports.
- Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.
- Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.
