About The Position

This role is for a Manufacturing Maintenance Planner in San Antonio, TX. The organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. Requirements

Experience with Max Maintenance system
Ability to review, prioritize, and validate maintenance work requests
Skill in developing detailed job plans including labor estimates, required tools, materials, permits, drawings, and safety requirements
Capability to coordinate maintenance schedules with production
Experience in maintaining and optimizing preventive maintenance (PM) programs
Proficiency in creating and maintaining equipment bills of materials (BOMs), maintenance procedures, and equipment documentation
Ability to coordinate with Purchasing and Storeroom personnel
Skill in monitoring maintenance backlog and prioritizing work
Experience supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects
Knowledge of company safety policies, environmental regulations, and applicable maintenance standards
Ability to generate maintenance performance reports and KPIs
Experience assisting in developing annual maintenance budgets and forecasting maintenance resource requirements

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work using the Max Maintenance system
Review, prioritize, and validate maintenance work requests for completeness and accuracy.
Develop detailed job plans including labor estimates, required tools, materials, permits, drawings, and safety requirements.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production to minimize operational disruptions.
Maintain and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) programs based on equipment reliability and historical performance.
Create and maintain equipment bills of materials (BOMs), maintenance procedures, and equipment documentation.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Storeroom personnel to ensure parts and materials are available before scheduled work.
Monitor maintenance backlog and prioritize work based on criticality, safety, compliance, and operational needs.
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects through detailed planning and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations, and applicable maintenance standards.
Generate maintenance performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets and forecasting maintenance resource requirements.
