About The Position

AHF Products is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic at its Lancaster, Pennsylvania location. The role maintains and repairs facility and production equipment, including cushion vinyl line and LVT tile line equipment. The schedule is third shift, Thursday through Sunday, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., with a $1 shift differential for all hours worked during those hours. Pay is $35.19–$43.35, based on knowledge.

Requirements

• Associate degree or at least 3 years of skill-related experience.
• Mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics, pneumatics, hand tools, and lubrication.
• Manufacturing fabrication and welding experience with stick, MIG, or TIG welding.
• Ability to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to meet the listed physical and mental demands, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to communicate in English by speaking, hearing, reading, writing, and comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and guidelines.
• Perform mechanical maintenance, including changing bearings, belts, gears, hoses, chains, pulleys, and airlines.
• Perform welding and fire-watch duties.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions on facilities, cushion vinyl line equipment, and LVT tile line equipment.
• Complete preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to the maintenance plan.
• Install, dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment as required.
