Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Takes ownership, leads by example, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo in pursuit of continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Experience with extrusion, plastics processing, compounding, laminating, or similar industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead all maintenance activities across our manufacturing facility, including production equipment, building systems, utilities, and future expansion projects.
Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and support operational excellence.
Manage vendors, contractors, maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and long-term facility improvement initiatives.
