Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour + $0.75 shift differential. Shift: 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. About the Role: Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience with HMI control panels (Stamper Operator).
• Heavy equipment experience preferred (Mix Operator).

Responsibilities

• Operate machine safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Input and retrieve data from ERP systems.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members.
• Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces.
