About The Position

Join our team as a Manufacturing Machine Operator! We’re hiring for multiple positions in a dynamic rubber manufacturing environment. These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting. The specific roles include Demolder Operator (removing finished products from molds, preparing molds for the next production cycle, and ensuring product quality), Peeler Operator (operating and maintaining peeling equipment to process customer orders to lengths and thickness, ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety, and standards), and Line Operator (transforming raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines, setting formulas, inspecting quality, and maintaining equipment).

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
ERP experience preferred
Safety-conscious
Able to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

Operate machine safely and efficiently
Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards
Input and retrieve data from ERP systems
Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members
Maintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces
Remove finished products from molds
Prepare molds for the next production cycle
Operate and maintain peeling equipment
Process customer orders to lengths and thickness
Transform raw materials into high-quality tile products by operating press machines
Set formulas
Inspect quality
Maintain equipment
Keep the workspace clean and safe
