The Manufacturing Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for leading site training and development programs that build workforce capability, support operational excellence, and drive employee engagement within a manufacturing environment. Partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams, this role develops and executes training initiatives that align with key business objectives, including safety, quality, service, productivity, and talent development. Leveraging a strong understanding of manufacturing operations, the position identifies capability gaps, implements learning solutions, and drives continuous improvement through effective technical, operational, and compliance training programs. This role is responsible for maintaining training systems, compliance requirements, and workforce readiness reporting to ensure employees possess the skills and certifications needed for success. The Manufacturing Learning & Development Business Partner also leads Site Learning and Development Specialists, coaches trainers and subject matter experts, and collaborates with operations, quality, safety, engineering, and HR teams to maintain effective, compliant, and business-aligned training programs that support both organizational performance and employee growth.
