About The Position

This role requires the ability to perform all required functions of a Team Technician, including being knowledgeable in procedures and capable of performing all changeovers. The position involves completing training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements, enforcing safety regulations, and providing suggestions for improvement. The Manufacturing Lead Team Tech will also prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings as required by the Team Leader, verify process records to ensure processes are running to standards, and evaluate process rework/scrap, authorizing and recording disposition per established procedures. This role also ensures compliance with the 4S program and reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.

Requirements
