About The Position

This role requires the ability to perform all required functions of a Team Technician, including being knowledgeable in procedures and capable of performing all necessary changeovers. The position involves completing training assessments, enforcing safety regulations with a focus on improvement, and preparing/conducting Toolbox meetings. Responsibilities also include verifying process records, evaluating process rework/scrap, authorizing and recording dispositions, implementing rotation schedules, ensuring 4S program compliance, and reporting machine malfunctions to maintenance.

Requirements

Ability to perform all required functions of a Team Technician.
Knowledgeable in procedures.
Able to perform all changeovers as required.
Complete training assessments in conjunction with TS requirements.

Prepare and conduct informational Toolbox meetings.
Verify process records.
Evaluate process rework/scrap.
Authorize and record disposition per established procedures.
Implement established rotation schedule.
Ensure compliance of 4S program.
Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
