About The Position

PCI Pharma Services is hosting an onsite job fair for multiple positions. We provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services from the earliest stages of development through to commercial launch and ongoing supply. We have an uncompromising focus on providing quality and operational excellence and providing the industry with leading customer experience. The job fair is for Manufacturing Technician I/II/III (Second Shift) and Visual Inspection Technician I and Visual Inspection Supervisor roles.

Requirements

Multiple levels hiring based on experience (for Manufacturing Technician I/II/III).
Detail-oriented.
Adaptable self-starters looking to grow in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Strong focus, integrity, and the ability to follow procedures (for Visual Inspection Technician I).
Ability to work in a seated, production‑focused setting (for Visual Inspection Technician I).
Strong people skills with the ability to organize, lead, and develop team members and delegate tasks (for Visual Inspection Supervisor).

Responsibilities

Learn and perform equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, solution prep, and sterile filling in GMP/ISO‑regulated cleanroom environments.
Work with production records and SOPs.
Maintain high safety and quality standards.
Support a dynamic mix of client products.
Perform visual inspection of sterile filled vials to ensure they are free of defects.
Accurate documentation, identification of quality issues, and communication with cross‑functional teams.
Supervise visual inspection technicians to support daily operations for visual inspection, packaging and labeling of both clinical and commercial products following cGMP’s and in-house SOP’s.
Schedule and support daily operations for visual inspection technicians, prepare and oversee production activities, and assign personnel tasks in order to meet production schedule demands.
