Manufacturing General Laborer

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support our production team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for assisting with the assembly of modular building components, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Previous plumbing experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor.
- Ability to read and use basic measurement tools accurately.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor, including loading/unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometer, calipers) to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect materials and finished products.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
- Support skilled trades as needed.
- Perform 5S duties to maintain a clean, organized, safe working environment.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
