Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and stay active on your feet for half your shift.
- Able to pass a physical exam.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Strong understanding of measurements, percentages, and production calculations.
- Experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.
- Experience with mechanical maintenance / repair.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support manufacturing staff on the floor under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing.
- Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed for production, including UL requirements for measurement and weight.
- Maintain quality control and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate and oversee machinery, ensuring top-notch production standards.
